The Executive Committee of MECA is going to organize MECA Picnic 2017 for MECA members as per the following schedule:
Date: February 10, 2017 (Friday)
Venue: Mirzapur Cadet College, Tangail
For this time, below are subscription rates:
Subscription rates within deadline:
Student – 500 Taka
Professional – 1000 Taka
Spouse – 800 Taka
Kids (above 12 yrs) – 500 Taka
Kids (below 12 yrs) – 300 Taka
Parent – 500 Taka
Guest – 1000 Taka
Driver / Attendance – 500 Taka
Subscription rates after deadline / On spot registration:
Student – 750 Taka
Professional – 1500 Taka
Spouse – 1200 Taka
Kids (above 12 yrs) – 750 Taka
Kids (below 12 yrs) – 450 Taka
Parent – 750 Taka
Guest – 1500 Taka
Driver / Attendance – 750 Taka
Please note:
1. Last date of Registration : February 05, 2017
2. MECA Members are strongly advised to register within the deadline for smooth arrangement of the event.
3. MECA EC strongly discourages “On-Spot Registration”. As it is impossible to estimate the number of people, who will register on spot, EC cannot guarantee availability of picnic meals for members.
4. Members can register for picnic w.e.f. 20th January 2017 from MECA Office (MECA Office at House 135, Road 5, Mohakhali DOHS, Dhaka) & / or from the Reception of Cadet College Club (H # 14, Rd # 9, Gulshan 1, Dhaka-1212) on cash payments.
5. Members can also register and pay subscriptions online from MECA website.
