We’ve seen unprecedented response from you to attend the MECA Night 2022 event on September 03. Though we have extended the deadline of online registration till September 01, but for better management of the dinner & guest welcome following decisions are taken:
1. Registration Deadline will end 12 noon tomorrow (August 31)
2. No Spot Registration will be made available
3. We encourage everyone to bring the printed copy of the online registration ticket(s)/offline registration ticket(s) to avoid long queue at guest welcome desk
4. After the registration ticket validation our volunteers will assist you to wear designated wrist badges for proper marking
5. Kindly assist our volunteers at the hall entry gate to show the badge (maroon colour for MECANs, pink for spouses, orange for kids and so on)
6. Please collect drivers (for registered ones only) dinner coupon from the registration desk and hand it over to them at your convenience for collection of dinner pack from a designated desk set outside the hall
7. There will be designated table(s) for each batch and you are requested to maintain the seating arrangement plan at all time during the event
