Hope you are doing well and still keeping safe from deadly COVID 19.
It was announced earlier that MECA is entering into an understanding with Digital Health Care Foundation (DHF). Finally, on 19-09-2020, MECA signed an MOU with DHF to have a collaboration to provide telemedicine services to all MCC Ex-cadets and their family members.
Hon’ble MECA President, BG SMS Iqbal (retd), BP, PhD and Chairman of DCHF, BG Md. Abdul Hamid (retd), also an ex-cadet MCC B14, signed the agreement on behalf of respective organizations. GS & Treasurer of MECA, Ex-Cadet M Sayeed Hassan of B14 and Executive Director of DHF were also present.
Below are the objectives of the MoU:
Ø To provide quality healthcare services through telemedicine and other related services by reputed and BMDC registered doctors.
Ø To run various health awareness programs including covid-19 for MECA members and their family members.
Ø To arrange referral service to reputed healthcare facilities and specialists.
Ø To jointly look for opportunities to scale-up Digital Healthcare Foundation’s telehealth service nationally.
Many reputed & specialist doctors of MECA have consented to offer consultations using the telemedicine platform of Digital Healthcare Foundation, while MECA & DHF are working together to recruit more doctors.
